If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have ten (10) days from the date of purchase to exchange your product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not exchange items that have been worn or used, we will not issue you an exchange.

Certain products sold on the Site are accompanied by a written Limited Warranty, which may be found printed on or delivered with the product. Such Limited Warranty is incorporated in its entirety into these Terms. For products accompanied by a Limited Warranty, your return rights are set forth in that warranty language. For all other products, FSI may in it sole discretion accept or deny your request to exchange such product.

Farouk Systems Inc. will provide return label only for order that need to be replaced due to malfunction or damaged products. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the label for not satisfied purchase, cancelation or any other reason that is not malfunction or damaged products.

Not the correct size? Let us know! You have up to 10 days to exchange your item. Please see above for the condition your clothing must be in. Please do not harm your poor clothingWe would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it, and not worn around for a week! If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@farouk.com to let us know the product is on its way (prior to sending it, so we know we have the correct size in stock for the exchange!)
